GLOBAL MALA WITH DONNA DE LORY! ~ Sunday, September 19th ~ 8:30-10:30am ~ Our special 2 hour class will be extraordinary this year! Ben and I will lead a one hour 45 minute asana practice followed by an extended 45 minute savasana with LIVE MUSIC by DONNA DELORY!!!! This is not a concert in any way ~ This is an incredible opportunity to be held and healed by the music of this wonderful spirit. Like no experience you have had before. Ambient tones from the harmonium and keyboards coupled with Donna's angelic voice will allow for a deep healing and meditative savasana.
